Finding the status of your order
If you have questions about the status of one of your Orders you should sign into your Account and go to ‘Order History’ where we provide up to date information about the stage your Order is at… from processing, through to tasks you may need to complete and we let you know when each Order has been completed and we’ve sent your payment.
Printing extra Labels / Welcome Packs
If you haven’t sent us your items yet and need help don’t forget you can print more FREE Shipping Service labels if you need them or download a Welcome Pack from your Account.
We’ll keep you up to date
You should also check your inbox to ensure that you have read the latest update that we have sent you about your Order. We send a number of updates as your Order makes its way through our system so you know what we are doing and where things are up to. Please don’t forget to check your junk/spam folders as sometimes your Order Status emails can unfortunately end up there depending on the settings of your mail provider.
